We are heading to a friends place in a few hours.
There is talk of a rented pool table, gourmet hot dogs on the BBQ, fireworks at the beach ...
I think it is shaping up to be a fun fun evening !

I think one advantage of living downunder while you might not have snow for Christmas at least you are not freezing while counting down the New Year!

We went to Dragon Wall with Jill and our friends, Steve and Debbie, and a friend of theirs for sushi and Chinese, then went home and played Mexican train until the New Year. It was a fun night.
