i'm so excited we have discovered that coriander likes growing in rocks !
we discovered it quite by accident ... i had hung a plant up that had gone to seed, to dry.
some of those seeds scattered onto the rocks and all of a sudden we had coriander everywhere !
now, i make sure to let some plants grow big and tall and go to seed and then i sprinkle
some of that seed into the rocks every month or so.  it just keeps growing.
even during the hot months.  it bolts much quicker but we have so
many baby plants in various stages that we ALWAYS
have fresh coriander on hand. it's
absolutely perfect !
