We accidentally closed our cat in the closet a couple of weeks ago. We heard him meowing and couldn't figure out why and what he wanted. We checked the door to the basement and he hadn't been shut in down there, so I told Jonathan to open the closet door, and there he was! Good news was I'd seen the door open not too long prior to that, so he hadn't been there long.
