Love the balloon faces! :) That tree is awesome too! Looks like they, and you are having awesome school holidays!
You are having good days, every day of school holidays! I love the little lizard!
Amazing and very sweet and pretty pictures !
these bring back the child in me... i wanna go climb a tree!
Such fun, you are making each day special. I think I would have been very nervously hovering at the bottom of the tree ready to catch someone if there was a fall - I am a worry wart, but at the same time I'd be grinning at the fun of climbing and enjoyment. I was the biggest tomboy ever growing up, up trees, short hair, hated dolls and girly things...brings back fun tree climbing memories for me.
You know I've been trying to find out if there is a Churros Bar here in Auckland - I want one now (naughty Bonnie, see what you've started :-) ). I have managed to convince hubby that we need to have a date and specifically have these. Heee Hee.
Oh I keep meaning to ask (I was reading your Dad's blog) and noticed that your sister Ellie is an Elinor, and it crossed my mind are you a Bonnie or a Bonita? Random I know, but thought I'd ask :-)
Your photos are SO sweet!
If I may answer your question, Karen (and thank you for visiting my blog), it is Bonnie but we have always thought of her as bonita (pretty). As a Latin scholar, I also know that the Bon root means good (bonus, -a, -um) and she is certainly a good person.
Interestingly, the masculine form bonito refers to tuna, and from our time in Japan, we know they are very good (especially raw)!
As a denizen of "Middle Earth," you may be interested to know that our daughter Ellie's name, Elinor, was inspired by The Lord of the Rings; one of Sam Gamgee's daughters was named Elinor (although I believe it was spelled Elanor).
It is their lucky day indeed! Love the shot through the grass! What a perfect tree for climbing! Enjoy kiddos!
I love how you capture energy and excitement, joy and love in your photos!!!
love the shots!!
Oh, I love these photos! I would love to join them and do outdoor activities! It must be fun!
