That's my guess...not that I'm questioning you.
I was trying to figure out what the words could mean. So I thought equilibrium...equal...even...see how I got there. No. Okay. I took one semester of french in college, but about all I can remember is how to say, "I am late." And that's not what yours says.
You don't have a question mark, and no que, so I don't know.
I think I would be cheating if I googled. Although I'd be lying if I didn't say I was horribly tempted.

It's frightful the amount of French I have forgotten, but I know a few of the words. Perhaps, "It's all a question of balance!" Mayhaps?? Close?? ;)
