Corner View - Breakfast

Photobucket Image Hosting

It's 10:01 pm here in Australia and I'm coming in a bit late with this week's Corner View.
But ... I'm here !!
In the comfort of our new home ... with the internet FINALLY turned on !
HOORAY !!

The theme for this weeks Corner View is "Breakfast".
I would have come up with something much more Australian - like a photo of Vegemite toast - if I'd had access to the internet before today.
But since I only just found out about the theme I'm going to go with a favorite breakfast at our house and I'll leave the Vegemite post for another day !

Cinnamon Sugar Donut Muffins
These are so darn good.
It doesn't even have to be breakfast for us to eat them.
In fact, on a very 'out of routine' day, we even had them for dinner once !!

Want some ?
I've got the recipe posted at my food blog.
Click on the photo to go to the recipe !!

Now people, I'm off to read blogs.
I've so missed my daily reads !
If you're one of them, I'll be stopping by soon !
Plus, I've been dying to see what everyone else has been posting for Corner View !!

Ahhh .... it's good to be back !

Those do look very yummy! I wonder what my Caboose would think of them?!

I read about Vegemite when I was reading the Sisterchicks book set 'down under' and would love to see the actual stuff. You'll have to show us.

So glad you are in and getting settled, Bonnie!

Kari April 23, 2009 at 12:21 AM

Oh they look so good. I'm hooked onto cinnamon lately. I've been going crazy with Aunty Annies "Cin Stix"- yes they are sinful!!

I love vegemite. and I miss it very much. They do sell them here but not very often. So you gotta be quick when they stock the shelves or else better luck next time.
Great post and I'm happy for you that your move went well.

I would imagine that these would be too sugary to find in Germany, but I would eat them any day of the week. I've never tried the white chocolate Nutella... sounds interesting.
